- Shipping & Delivery
- Products such as apparel and accessories will be shipped within 7 business days of order date and cleared payment. Shipping for such items is $10.95 flat rate shipping, no matter how many items you purchase. International shipping subject to higher quote price. Service shipments, such as photos, photo books, albums, final DVD productions are shipped free of charge. International shipping subject to price quote. International shipments for production services will be quoted on a shipment by shipment basis. Shipment of production services will be shipped within 7 business days of completion or chosen proofs for photos.
- Privacy & Security
- We value your privacy and never sell your information, in any form to any other company. All contracts, sales and forms with personal information such as name, address, email address, phone number, etc. are used for White Willow Studio records only. Credit card information will not be stored on file, therefore, we may need to be reminded of payment information regarding your flex pay and reccurring payment options assigned to your account.
- Returns & Replacements
- For any reason, if you are not happy with the final production of photos or video productions, you may consult with White Willow Studio about obtaining a replacement final video production. Unfortunately, since your wedding day only happens once, we cannot re-create and replace wedding photos. If you are disatisfied with the outcome of your photos, you will receive a full refund in exchange for the photos back to White Willow Studio, or a partial refund if you would like to keep certain photos. Returning and replacing photo albums: If you are disatisfied with your final photo album, you may consult with White Willow Studio to re-edit and re-create your photo album or book by arranging an meeting with the editor. You may return the books for a full refund, or replace the album if more than 50% of the album is not to your liking. The percentage of album will be divided by the number of pages in the book. If not agreement can be made regarding replacements, a full refund will be issued within 6 weeks of your wedding date. You may not use photos or video in part or in whole if you receive a full refund. Returns and replacements regarding apparel and accessories: You may return or replace apparel and accessories bought through White Willow Studio if, and only if the merchandise is received damaged.
- Ordering
- For online proof ordering of photos, you will be provided a link to our proofing section of our website. There, you can choose the photos you would like to have printed and stored on a photo CD if one has been purchased. You may also purchase extra copies of photo CDs as well as canvas prints, photo books and albums. Professional quality prints will be mailed within 1 week of your choosing them, and can always be picked up in studio within a week of your choosing them. Final DVD productions, photo books, albums and canvas prints will be available within 4-6 weeks of your wedding date. If shipping has been chosen, White Willow Studio will ship the media as soon as it is finished. In studio pick up can be arranged as well during your final notification phone call provided by White Willow Studio.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Payment for apparel and accessories must be made in full to be received. Photography, Videography and DJ Entertainment packages may be paid in full or flex pay options can be discussed if necessary. White Willow Studio tries to ensure every bride that is interested in our services has the opportunity to be provided our services. Payment schedules can be set up on our existiing account with White Willow Studio. Each personalized contract, per wedding or engagement media agreement will have specific information regarding flex pay options and payment plan if one has been issued to client. White Willow Studio reserves the right to price our services at amount we see fit. White Willow Studio has no obligation to decrease amount of cost in regards to our services and products on this website. White Willow Studio reserves the right to change promotions at any time without notification.
